The Correctional Service Week Conference 2026 is a premier national and international platform bringing together leaders and practitioners in corrections to exchange knowledge, strengthen partnerships, and showcase innovations in rehabilitation and reintegration.
The conference forms part of Correctional Service Week, a nationwide initiative during which correctional institutions across Kenya engage the public, highlight reforms, showcase innovations, and promote community awareness of correctional services.
The three-day conference serves as the flagship technical and policy forum within the week, featuring high-level dialogues, expert panels, exhibitions, and knowledge exchange sessions focusing on technology-driven and environmentally sustainable solutions for modern correctional systems.

The conference is expected to convene approximately 800 participants drawn from Kenya, across Africa, and globally. Delegates will include probation and prison managers from across Kenya, correctional practitioners and policymakers, heads of correctional services and probation and parole authorities in Africa and other regions, representatives from government agencies within the criminal justice sector, development partners and international organizations, academic institutions and researchers, technology innovators, civil society organizations, and students in criminology, forensic science, and corrections-related disciplines. The diversity of participants will provide a unique platform for professional exchange, policy dialogue, and partnership building.
